How quickly will my item ship?
We know when you place an order, you want your items quickly. Typically, we'll ship your order in 24-48 hours. If there's going to be any delay, you will be notified immediately. We ship via USPS with tracking and insurance included.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Collectors Crate ONLY accepts payments and/or shipments to customers in the United States. If you are an international customer, check out our Ebay store for or contact for international shipping options.

Collectors Crate is based in north NJ. We are NOT open to the public, but you can visit us and shop at our booth at comic and toy conventions across the north east. Follow us on social media or click here to find out where we are heading next!
Will my item be delivered in mint condition?
We understand that many of our customer's are collectors. As collectors ourselves, we care about the condition of our items and packaging. We DO NOT Guarantee Mint Condition. This is because "Mint Condition" is very subjective and varies depending on the kind of product. We make every effort to ensure the item(s) you receive is in at least 80% mint condition. This means the item(s) will be free of major defects such as large creases, tears, stains etc. The item(s) may have some minor storage or packaging wear such as scuffing or manufacturing defects which may include some minor creasing or dings. This applies to the product packaging only, such as the box or card that contains the actual product. The product inside the packaging is assumed to be mint condition, with the exception of manufacturing defects or variances. 80% mint condition does not apply to discounted items and/or where noted in description. Discounted items are sold as is. We will gladly supply additional photos of any item(s) in our catalog if you are concerned about condition. Your item(s) will be securely packed and shipped with insurance.
Are these these items in stock?
Some online retailers list items for sale that are not currently available. We know that nothing is more frustrating then finding the item you need, placing an order, and having it cancelled on you. Every single item for sale in our store is in stock and ready to ship. We make every effort to maintain an accurate inventory. Occasionally an item may become unavailable for various reasons. If this should happen, we will contact you immediately to discuss options on how we can help you.
Is this item authentic?
All the products we sell are 100% authentic. We ONLY source our products direct from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. All our Japanese imports are through authorized distributors or direct contacts in Japan.
I don’t see the item I’m looking for. Can you get it for me?
Absolutely! We are constantly updating our product line to reach a wider audience. We would love nothing more to track down a particular item you are looking for, or bring in a product line you don’t currently see.
