Every product on pre-order lists an expected arrival date. This is the best estimated date we have when the item is listed. Unfortunately the toy industry can have delays. The expected arrival date is an estimate; there are no guarantees for exactly when pre-ordered products will arrive. No compensation can be given for pre-orders that arrive late. We don't recommend pre-ordering products as gifts or for special occasions that are time sensitive.

Payment

Collectors Crate requires full payment at the time of your order. In exchange for your advanced payment, we promise:

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped the moment the item arrives.
Collector-grade stock...the best pieces will go to our pre-order customers before item is listed for general public.
If you pre-order multiple items, you will have the choice of us shipping the items as they arrive, or ship the entire order once fulfilled

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:

You are free to cancel pre-order items at any time prior to shipment. Refunds will be applied as store credit. Notify us that you'd like to cancel, and we will issue a 100% store credit within 24-48 hours.
